TEAMWORK- the IT didn't want envolvement in the others they just do things on their own. SYSTEMS- because their systems are not that ok.

- I think the Royal Caribbean must improve their website, they should make it more attractive so that their customers will be attracted and eager to enter their site and put a customer support area where the customers can put their comments,suggestions and questions.
